… until it’s not.
Finally someone rises, she may even draw a few lines on a whiteboard, and says “What if we look at it this way?”
Immediately, everyone pays attention. Stalled conversations become meaningful dialogue. Preconceived thoughts turn into fresh perspectives. Efficient and effective actions come into view, as well as how to communicate these with resounding results. Everything starts flowing again.
Problem solvers treat thinking as a product, partnerships as the model and influence as success.

As a certified crisis consultant I know what trouble looks, sounds and feels like. I’ve stood by numerous clients, from boardroom executives to the frontline staff, dealing with tough decisions and high expectations.
